Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Draft well-structured product requirements and user stories that are easy for teams to act on.
• Keep product documentation, roadmaps, and release notes current and accurate.
• Log and monitor tasks, bugs, and feature requests using project management tools such as Jira or Notion.
• Work closely with design and engineering partners to help deliver releases smoothly and on schedule.
• Carry out quality checks before and after launches to confirm the product meets standards.
• Review user feedback and product data to uncover usability problems and missing functionality.
• Gather competitor insights and turn research into a clear summary for the team.
