Role Overview

The Product team helps turn that mission into practical outcomes by working closely with Engineering, Marketing, and customers around the world.

This opportunity is for a proactive and collaborative Product Manager who brings both broad product thinking and a solid technical base. You will take ownership of important product areas across development squads and help shape scalable software that supports Scurri’s move from a deterministic carrier management platform toward a more autonomous, agent-led solution.

The role also involves gathering and interpreting input from partners and customers so the team builds the right solutions for real needs. A strong interest in using modern AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and automation platforms to improve your own product workflows is also important.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a prioritised product roadmap that supports the wider business strategy and drives customer value.
• Work with external partners and ecosystem providers to convert service changes, technical details, and compliance needs into planned product enhancements.
• Engage with customers to uncover underlying needs and pain points, then turn those insights into practical, customer-focused solutions.
• Use modern AI tools to speed up daily product work, including research synthesis and initiative breakdown, while maintaining a working understanding of agentic systems.
• Research epics, split them into strong user stories, and define clear completion criteria that cover training, launch planning, and success measurement.
• Promote lean, agile, and experimental ways of working to support continuous learning across the organisation.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure launches are smooth, documented, and commercially supported.

Skills and Expertise

• Strong interest in AI, with awareness of how agentic solutions can address SaaS and development challenges.
• Practical experience using AI to automate workflows and improve productivity, including familiarity with LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, vector databases, model tuning, unstructured data, and API or ERP integration through AI-ready JSON structures.
• Comfort discussing API design, data flows, and system architecture with engineering teams.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, conflicting input, and incomplete information to create clear plans.
• Clear, empathetic communication style with the ability to simplify technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SaaS product discovery, usability, and iterative product improvement.
