Role Summary
The company is hiring a Product Manager to take ownership of the learning experience and help make TripleTen a place where students stay engaged, complete their programs, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Shape and evaluate ways to hook students from the earliest lessons so they are less likely to disengage.
- Raise learner engagement and improve the rate at which students finish the program.
- Experiment with new learning formats and roll out the approaches that prove effective.
- Enhance student portfolio projects so they better support job placement.
- Identify opportunities to improve support and teaching quality.
- Study how top education providers structure learning and adapt the best ideas for TripleTen.
Requirements
- Background in product management within online education.
- Ability to move beyond ideation and deliver changes that are measured through data.
- Hands-on experience with student retention and course completion metrics.
- Comfort designing experiments and carrying them through to clear, evidence-based conclusions.
- Strong self-direction and the ability to set and drive priorities independently.
- Understanding of how artificial intelligence is reshaping education and hiring.
- Awareness of what genuinely improves a student’s job prospects.
- Familiarity with different learning formats beyond standard course-based models.
