Poolside Executive

About the role

What you will do

• Take part in the daily briefing and make sure assigned tasks are completed properly.
• Welcome guests and send them off in a warm, polished, and professional manner.
• Promote additional services or products through suggestive selling.
• Support the Pool Manager in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
• Keep tables, chairs, and service equipment clean and service-ready.
• Handle guest questions promptly and follow through with the appropriate action.
• Help the cashier prepare and present bills.
• Maintain excellent personal grooming and a consistently professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Pool Manager.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay effective in a busy, high-pressure environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
