Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist position serving Kulud Pharmacy branches across Qatar and reporting directly to the Branch Manager. The role focuses on accurate medication dispensing, strict adherence to Qatar pharmacy regulations, and delivering high-quality care to patients.

Key Duties

• Check, interpret, and process prescriptions with accuracy before dispensing medicines.
• Guide patients on proper medicine use, dosage instructions, and possible side effects.
• Keep prescription and inventory records up to date and organized.
• Oversee pharmacy assistants and support day-to-day branch operations.
• Monitor stock levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
• Identify expired or recalled products and remove them from circulation.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant pharmacy environment.
• Support the branch in meeting all operational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution is required.
• A valid pharmacist license under QCHP is mandatory.
• Completion of data flow and Prometric steps for licensure is required.
• Experience in a retail pharmacy or hospital pharmacy is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medicines, drug interactions, and healthcare rules is needed.
• Prior experience handling inventory and pharmacy stock is important.
• Good communication and patient counselling abilities are essential.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to speak Arabic is an advantage.

This position is based in Doha, Qatar. The role is full-time and onsite.
