Role Overview

This opportunity includes full-time, part-time, and casual options, with guaranteed bi-weekly hours available for full-time and part-time roles. These positions also come with company-sponsored health benefits for employees and their families.

Work Locations

• Area 1: Simcoe, Delhi, and nearby communities
• Area 2: Waterford, Wilsonville, Windham, Vanessa, and nearby communities
• Area 3: Port Dover, Vittoria, Turkey Point, Port Ryerse, and nearby communities

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $23.50 to $24.63 per hour.

Education and Requirements

• Personal Support Worker diploma or an equivalent qualification is required, with proof of completion
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
• French language ability is required for roles in Quebec or where French is needed for service delivery
• A valid driver’s licence, auto insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle are required
• Applicants selected for an offer must provide two supervisory references
• A clean criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening is required
• Proof of a negative TB test is required
• Depending on provincial rules and the role, vaccination proof for illnesses such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, or seasonal flu may be required
