Operator II / Technician

Role Overview

This position is for a Production Technician / Operator II Technician based in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting manufacturing operations, following established procedures, and carrying out shift-based production work.

Requirements

• GCE O Level, SPM, or an equivalent qualification.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Applicants with internship exposure or previous manufacturing experience will have an advantage.
• Basic ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic numeracy for calculations and reporting.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Capable of understanding and following work instructions and standard procedures.
• Basic written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Open to shift work.

Working Hours

• Shift-based schedule.
• 12-hour shifts for 2 days and 8-hour shifts for 3 days each week.
