Role overview

This opportunity is for motivated professionals and career changers who want to build a long-term career in Germany’s construction and mining sectors. The position is intended for people prepared to live and work in Germany over an extended period and to learn directly through hands-on practice.

Work location and schedule

The assignment is based at construction sites in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Work is carried out Monday to Friday and the sites are located within roughly 300 km of the company headquarters. Accommodation is included for the first two months.

This opening is designed for career changers who want to develop into miners, mining mechanics, or mining technologists (m/f/d). There are 2 vacancies available.

What the job involves

Operating and looking after mining equipment
Assisting with dismantling activities and safety-related securing work
Helping with material conveying and transport tasks
Evaluating geological and climatic conditions
Carrying out physically demanding and technical work underground

Candidate profile

Practical craftsmanship and solid technical awareness
Good physical stamina and resilience
German language ability of at least A2 level
Valid driving licence category B is mandatory
Having a truck driving licence is considered an advantage
Willingness to work on site and travel for assignments

Compensation

The salary starts at €3,600 gross per month.
