Manpower Supply Coordinator

Overview

Arab Aid is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Manpower Supply Coordinator for its Manpower Services Department in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time onsite position focused on sourcing and coordinating both skilled and unskilled workers for projects in the oil & gas and construction sectors.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage the deployment of skilled and unskilled manpower for oil and gas and construction projects.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and subcontractors to support smooth and timely staffing.
• Handle recruitment activities and guide new hires through onboarding.
• Track and update manpower allocation details as well as project staffing needs accurately.
• Work closely with project managers to assess labor requirements and ensure those needs are met efficiently.

Requirements

• Prior experience in shutdown and maintenance work is required.
• Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking skills are essential.
• Good communication and people-handling abilities are needed.
• Comfortable using MS Office and HR management systems.
• Must be able to perform well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• A transferrable Iqama is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in manpower supply coordination, ideally supporting skilled and unskilled labor for oil & gas and construction projects in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries.
• Male candidates are specified for this role.

Eligibility
