Role Summary

This position is responsible for leading field and marketing operations, with a strong focus on territory alignment, field force sizing and structure, incentive compensation reporting, data consolidation, SFA implementation and support, and ad hoc analytics. Commercial Operations

  • Review field force information to support targeting, territory design, and deployment planning.
  • Work closely with Medical, Regulatory, Executive, Finance, Compliance, and Commercial leadership teams.
  • Create and administer incentive compensation programs and payout processes in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and dependable information sharing.
  • Partner with internal teams to maintain call plans, MBO tracking, and field targets.
  • Act as the main contact for questions coming from the field organization.
  • Maintain territory maps and alignment structures.
  • Support SOP creation and upkeep.
  • Maintain the data warehouse in coordination with a third-party vendor.
  • Oversee aggregation of external data inputs such as specialty pharmacy and HUB data.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and analytics tools for the field team.

  • Work with Marketing, Field, and vendors to execute national and regional congresses.
  • Serve as the main contact for sponsorships and the show vendor.
  • Own planning, execution, communications, training, and follow-up for assigned congress events.
  • Manage congress and sponsorship requests with proper documentation and timely funding processing.
  • Travel to selected national congresses to oversee booth execution and related programs.
  • Manage event logistics, including registration, booth setup, travel, lodging, on-site services, and literature fulfillment.

Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary liaison among Marketing, Field, the ad agency, and printing/fulfillment partners for educational literature distribution.
  • Track inventory, distribution, expiration dates, and forecasting for all printed materials.
  • Prepare inventory and order-history reports for Marketing and Field teams.
  • Support ordering of clinical reprints and other printed materials as needed.
  • Serve as the main contact for Inside Key Account Consultants through weekly meetings while ensuring work instructions and reporting requirements are followed.
  • Own management of CRM and data warehouse/analytics vendors.

Other Responsibilities

  • Lead internal communication efforts related to corporate initiatives and sponsorships.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000.
