Maintenance Coordinator

Role Overview

Vakson Development is hiring a Maintenance Coordinator in Dubai to help manage the daily upkeep of residential buildings. The role requires a working grasp of basic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) concepts and maintenance language, along with strong coordination and tenant communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary in the range of AED 3,000 to AED 3,500

Key Responsibilities

• Record incoming maintenance requests in the system and keep them properly tracked.
• Allocate work orders to the in-house maintenance technicians.
• Organize the required materials by working with approved vendors.
• Follow up on ongoing maintenance work to make sure jobs are completed on time.
• Keep residents, clients, and internal teams informed about the progress of requests.
• Raise urgent issues, repeated complaints, or unresolved matters to the Maintenance Manager.
• Gather customer feedback after repairs and document it to support service quality.
• Update maintenance files and records accurately and consistently.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities coordination, or a similar administrative role in maintenance operations.
• Working knowledge of building MEP systems and maintenance-related terminology.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable dealing with tenants, contractors, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Dubai roads to help plan staff deployment efficiently.
• Ability to communicate in Urdu or Hindi, English, and Arabic is preferred.
