About the role

What you will do

  • Serve as an internal advisor to Global Operations and the broader organization.
  • Take ownership of selected Global Operations initiatives assigned by the COO and the Senior Director, Head Office & Programs, and ensure they are delivered on time and in line with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Help shape the strategic story for Global Operations and translate it into concrete goals and supporting initiatives.
  • Work with subject-matter experts across Global Operations to build and use a comprehensive metrics framework that highlights priority areas and supports decision-making.
  • Prepare leadership messaging for the COO and Global Operations to improve visibility into strategic priorities and strengthen organizational engagement.
  • Develop executive presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including SVB meetings and internal milestone reviews.

What you bring

  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in management consulting or in strategy, program management, or business development roles within established companies.
  • Background in sourcing, supply chain management, or technology is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex strategic transformation programs and projects.
  • Strong commercial understanding and awareness of the wider business environment in the sporting goods sector.
  • Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to solve both qualitative and quantitative problems.
  • Very strong communication skills, especially when dealing with senior leadership.
  • Experience using Power BI is beneficial.
