Hyatt Place Al Ula is hiring for a Laundry Team Leader to oversee laundry activities and help keep operations running smoothly.
Role Overview
In this position, you will lead the day-to-day laundry workflow, make sure service standards stay high, and support an efficient, clean, and well-organized operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily laundry work and guide the team throughout the shift.
- Allocate duties and organize staff schedules to meet operational needs.
- Handle linens, guest laundry, and uniforms with proper care.
- Check the quality of washing, pressing/ironing, and delivery outcomes.
- Keep laundry machines and related equipment in good working condition and flag repair needs when necessary.
- Follow hygiene rules and workplace safety requirements at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior background in laundry operations, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team.
- Working knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment.
- Capability to handle a busy, fast-moving workload.
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication abilities.
- Careful eye for detail and quality assurance.
- Good command of English for communication.
