Junior CAD Designer

About the Role

AxiioTek is seeking a motivated Junior BIM Modeler / CAD Technician to join our dynamic engineering and planning team. You will contribute to innovative building and technology projects, working with cutting-edge tools and collaborating with diverse project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce detailed 2D drawings and comprehensive 3D BIM models.
• Ensure seamless coordination of project plans with architects and various engineering disciplines.
• Provide essential technical documentation and manage project models to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Possess a foundational background in CAD drafting, technical design, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Demonstrate proficiency with CAD/BIM software; familiarity with Vectorworks is advantageous.
• Exhibit a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and skill enhancement.
• Possess effective communication abilities and a genuine interest in emerging technologies.
