Role overview
Belmond’s The Cadogan in Chelsea is looking for an IT Supervisor to keep its technology environment running smoothly and securely. This role supports a premium hospitality setting where dependable systems and responsive assistance are essential to day-to-day operations.
What you will do
- Deliver hands-on technical help to hotel team members and quickly resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and general system performance.
- Oversee and maintain the property’s IT setup, covering servers, desktop devices, printers, phone systems, Wi-Fi, and audiovisual equipment.
- Make sure core business applications such as property management, point-of-sale, finance, HR, and other operational systems stay stable and secure.
- Help deploy and monitor cybersecurity controls while ensuring internal policy and data protection standards are followed.
- Work with outside vendors and service providers to arrange repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and other support tasks.
- Support meetings and events by confirming that AV and technical equipment is ready, available, and functioning properly.

The Cadogan, a Belmond hotel, has welcomed guests since 1887 and sits in a prime part of London near Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Belgravia. Housed in a restored townhouse, it offers a refined residential atmosphere, 54 rooms and suites, signature dining, cocktails, afternoon tea, and access to Cadogan Place Gardens with private tennis courts.

Requirements
- Background in IT support and infrastructure administration, ideally gained in hospitality or a luxury setting.
- Strong working knowledge of hardware, software, networking, Wi‑Fi, and core business systems such as PMS and POS.
- Ability to diagnose problems and restore service efficiently across a broad range of technical issues.
- Experience applying cybersecurity practices and supporting data protection compliance.
- Understanding of IT asset control, system setup, and ticket or request tracking processes.
- Clear communication and people skills for assisting non-technical colleagues and coordinating with vendors.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities, working independently, and collaborating within a team.
- Right to work in the UK is required.
