About the internship

This part-time HR internship at CircleChess is based in Bangalore and runs for 2 months. The role is focused on supporting hiring, onboarding, coach engagement, and HR operations for the organization’s chess coaching ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full hiring process for chess coaches and other open positions.
• Find suitable candidates, review applications, and arrange interview schedules.
• Support onboarding activities and help ensure new joiners have a smooth transition.
• Plan and execute initiatives that keep coaches engaged and build strong working relationships.
• Monitor the coach recruitment pipeline and keep track of hiring progress.
• Update HR records, databases, and recruitment trackers accurately.
• Work with internal teams to understand staffing needs and coordinate hiring support.
• Assist coaches across their association with the company and respond to ongoing support needs.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a part-time internship, able to begin between 3rd Jul'26 and 7th Aug'26, and committed for the full 2-month duration. This opportunity is open only to candidates from Bangalore who have relevant skills and interest in HR/recruitment. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Stipend

The stipend offered is INR 5,000 to 10,000 per month.
