Role overview
This opportunity is for a Regional Human Resources Advisor based in Cork, with travel to Dublin as part of the role. It is a newly created position within an expanding professional services firm, giving the successful candidate scope to shape the role and influence how HR support is delivered across Ireland.
The HR team plays a central part in attracting, keeping, and recognising employees throughout their journey with the business. You will join a sizeable and experienced team, creating strong opportunities to learn, broaden your expertise, and take on varied work.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will partner with managers to provide broad HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle. You will also work with trainees on their development journeys and collaborate closely with the Regional HR Manager to deliver the regional people plan and align it with the wider HR strategy.
Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should hold CIPD Level 5, have prior experience in a generalist HR position, and be confident handling employee relations matters. A solid working knowledge of Irish employment law is also essential.
