HR Functional Consultant / Developer - Apex Experience

About the Role

We are looking for an Oracle APEX developer with solid Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) exposure to join the team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will build, integrate, and support APEX-based solutions that improve and expand the existing Oracle EBS landscape. The position involves close coordination with functional and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, enhance, and support Oracle APEX applications that match business needs.
• Connect APEX solutions with Oracle EBS modules such as AP, AR, PO, INV, HR, and related areas.
• Build custom forms, reports, workflows, and dashboards that help streamline operations.
• Develop efficient PL/SQL code, including packages, views, and APIs, to extend EBS capabilities.
• Investigate technical issues and provide production support for APEX and EBS components.
• Take part in upgrades, feature improvements, and performance optimization efforts.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Apply data protection practices, access controls, and sound development standards.
