Housekeeping Runner

About the Role

Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort in Kissimmee, Florida is hiring a Houseperson/Runner to support the housekeeping operation in a busy resort environment. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys keeping spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready while providing friendly service to visitors from around the world. This is a full-time, on-site role paying $15 per hour. Team members can also access earned wages immediately and use free financial wellness tools through DailyPay.

What You’ll Do

• Assist housekeeping staff by bringing supplies, removing trash, and helping maintain common areas
• Quickly deliver requested items to guest units
• Welcome guests and handle requests in a courteous, helpful way
• Restock linen closets and other storage spaces
• Inspect the property each day to help maintain cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere
• Escalate maintenance concerns to the housekeeping supervisor
• Keep the work area neat and well organized

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Good communication and customer service ability
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions, including hot, cold, wet, and humid conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
