Job Summary

This role is centered on keeping guest rooms clean, stocked, and comfortable. Key duties include replacing linens, replenishing supplies, and disinfecting surfaces. The environment is active, upbeat, and fast-moving, and the position may involve working independently or alongside a small group while contributing to a larger hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathroom fixtures and surfaces, including showers, toilets, and sinks.
• Restock guest-room essentials such as toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper goods.
• Clean guest laundry equipment and surrounding areas, including washers, dryers, tables, and floors when needed.
• Bring requested items to guest rooms, such as towels, pillows, and other supplies, and handle guest needs promptly and politely.
• Receive and route lost-and-found items to the correct department or office.
• Support teammates and contribute to a cooperative work environment that helps deliver an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Well-organized and able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable spending most of the shift standing, moving continuously, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Strong guest service mindset.
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and coworkers.
