Hort’s Townhouse is a restored and characterful premium pub venue in Bristol, featuring 19 boutique bedrooms spread over two floors. The setting combines stylish hospitality, quality food and drinks, and a welcoming stay experience for guests visiting for breakfast, lunch, drinks, cocktails, or an overnight break.

The food offering focuses on seasonal dishes and daily specials made with produce from across Britain, alongside classic pub favourites. The bar menu includes fairtrade coffee, wines, local beers and ales, and cocktails. The bedrooms are individually designed and come with smart in-room technology, sustainable toiletries, and thoughtful guest touches.

What the job involves

As a Housekeeper, you will help keep the rooms and guest areas at a high standard, contributing to a comfortable and memorable stay for every visitor.

• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service with a friendly, welcoming approach.
• Work closely with the wider team and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Keep a sharp eye for detail and uphold very high cleanliness standards.
• Look after equipment, linen, and guest supply management.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and special projects on schedule and to a strong standard.
