RBH is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel environment in London. What You’ll Do

• Maintain guest bedrooms and shared areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Dust, vacuum, clean, and polish surfaces with strong attention to detail so rooms are ready for arriving guests.
• Replace linens, make beds, and replenish towels to keep rooms fresh and inviting.
• Restock guest amenities such as toiletries and tea/coffee supplies.
• Flag maintenance problems or missing items quickly so issues can be resolved without delay.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures to support a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
• Handle extra guest needs such as additional beds or amenities when required.
• Coordinate with other hotel teams, including front office and maintenance, to support a smooth guest experience.
