The Ripon Inn is a restored Edwardian property in the centre of Ripon, brought back to life after a major refurbishment and ready to welcome guests into the city’s historic setting.

What you’ll do

As part of the housekeeping team, you will help keep guest rooms and shared spaces clean, comfortable, and consistently presented to a high standard. The role calls for someone who is reliable, calm under pressure, friendly, and attentive to detail.

You will work with the wider team to support smooth day-to-day operations and help ensure each guest enjoys a positive stay.

• Clean guest rooms to the company’s quality standards.
• Keep public areas tidy, inviting, and well presented.
• Report maintenance concerns quickly.
• Follow all relevant health and safety procedures.
• Handle linen, towels, and room stock in an organised way.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and help deliver a memorable experience.
