Role overview

As a Hostess, you will help create a dining experience that feels memorable and distinctive, not simply transactional. Your role is to welcome guests, support smooth food and beverage service, and help ensure every meal feels polished, attentive, and well-coordinated.

This position is based in Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is a full-time, non-management role that is not remote.

What you’ll do

You will contribute to guest service across the dining area by helping with table setup, sharing information with the kitchen, serving and interacting with guests, and keeping work areas and supplies orderly. The goal is to make each interaction feel like a natural part of the overall experience.

You’ll also be expected to support a safe and efficient workplace, follow company procedures, maintain quality standards, and present yourself professionally at all times.

Working conditions

The role involves being active throughout the shift, with extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting, including movement over uneven, sloped, or slippery surfaces. You should be comfortable reading and checking menu details, and handling physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, placing, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping. The work may involve handling items up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Preferred qualifications

A high school diploma or GED-equivalent is preferred. Prior related experience of less than one year is expected, and no supervisory background is required. No license or certification is needed.
