Role Overview

Naadam is seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join its internal creative team and influence the brand’s visual direction across a wide range of customer-facing touchpoints. Paid Media

  • Create effective creative assets for paid channels such as Meta and Google, including static and motion-based formats.
  • Use campaign data and testing learnings to inform iteration and improve creative direction.
  • Apply testing, optimization, and design tools to strengthen ad performance and support scaling efforts.

Social Media

  • Work with the social team to build engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram and other social channels, contributing to evolving visual formats and trends.

Cross-Brand Creative Support
