About the internship

This in-office internship places you in a design role focused on both web and social media creative work. You will help shape high-converting digital experiences and produce polished visual content for campaign and brand communication.

What you will work on

• Design and improve web pages, landing pages, and campaign microsites with a conversion-focused approach.
• Work closely with content and web teams to turn messaging into clear layouts and strong visual structure.
• Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for reviews and design iteration.
• Keep the website visually consistent, including spacing, typography, and how components behave.
• Support the growth and refinement of the website design system.
• Create eye-catching social media assets for LinkedIn.
• Develop flexible templates for thought leadership content, product updates, events, and campaigns.
• Transform written content into visual formats such as carousels, infographics, and quote cards.
• Preserve a consistent visual style across posts while still bringing in creative variety.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, begin between 8 Jul 2026 and 12 Aug 2026, and commit to a 3-month internship. Applicants should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in design.

Other requirements

• Students pursuing, or candidates who have recently completed, a degree in design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related discipline.
• Strong working ability in Figma for interface and visual design tasks.
• Practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful, well-executed design work.
• Awareness of how B2C and B2B design styles differ, with an emphasis on clarity, trust, and structured communication.
• Sharp attention to detail, especially for alignment, typography, and color consistency.
• Exposure to motion design or video tools such as Lottie, After Effects, or Premiere is a plus.

Compensation and timeline

The internship offers a stipend of INR 30,000 to 30,001 per month. The application deadline is 7 Aug 2026 at 11:59:59 PM. The internship starts immediately and lasts for 3 months.
