The team is hiring a General Virtual Assistant to support customer service needs and help drive ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customers and manage day-to-day client communication.
• Take calls and reply to email inquiries.
• Support administrative work including accounts receivable, accounts payable, work order handling, notices, compliance tasks, lease renewals, document preparation, and inbox management.
• Assist with marketing efforts and social media upkeep.
• Work according to each client’s standard operating procedures.
• Keep up with updates to SOPs and internal guidelines.
• Act in line with the company’s core values in every interaction.
• Share data, updates, and reports with leadership when needed.
• Handle other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Neutral or good American accent.
• Must be open to background verification.
• Needs a quiet, professional home workspace.
• Must be willing to work overnight or graveyard hours.
• Must have a stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps, with a backup connection available.
• Must have reliable electricity and a backup power source.
• Computer setup must meet these specifications: Windows 10 or newer, or macOS Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, or Tahoe.
• Processor requirement: Intel Core i5 8th generation or later, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, or a comparable processor.
• Memory requirement: 8 GB to 16 GB RAM or more.

Additional Information

This is a remote, work-from-home role based in the Philippines.
