General Support Manager (m/w/d)

Role overview

As a General Support Manager in Dresden, you will support commercial and contractual processes, coordinate pricing-related tasks, and help keep core customer and system data accurate and up to date. The position is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming questions from both internal teams and external customers, especially on contractual and commercial matters.
• Calculate selling prices, prepare internal and external price lists, and monitor relevant performance indicators.
• Prepare customer meetings and maintain master data as part of your regular duties.
• Process billing for services covered under service agreements, such as leasing and license fees.

What you should bring

• Completed commercial vocational training is required; an additional qualification such as a specialist business administrator or business economist is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of common MS Office applications is expected, along with experience using standard ERP systems.
• You work in a business-minded way, focus on results, and are known for being dependable and well organized.
• Very good spoken and written German and English are needed for communication and documentation.
