Role overview
We are hiring a seasoned General Manager to oversee a 260-room hotel in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a senior leadership position responsible for guiding the property’s overall performance and ensuring strong operational and financial outcomes.
Role requirements
- You should bring at least 15 years of experience working with international and regional hotel brands.
- A successful history as a General Manager or in a senior pre-GM leadership role is essential.
- Demonstrated strength in running hotel operations and managing financial performance is required.
- Prior experience in the GCC region is strongly preferred.
- Arabic language ability is a definite advantage.
Compensation
