Role Overview

The Production Laborer helps keep operations running smoothly while supporting the company’s quality expectations. This position involves physical work on the production floor, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Shift Schedules

• Night shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with 3-day weekends each week.
• Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $22.07 to $22.62, with an additional $5 per hour for night shifts.

What You Will Do

• Check concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency.
• Set aside defective items and replace them with products that meet standards.
• Sort, wrap, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Move raw materials and completed products by hand or with equipment.
• Support machine operators with routine production tasks.
• Clean equipment and help maintain a safe, orderly workspace.

Work Conditions
