Role Overview
The organization is seeking adventurous, experienced travellers who enjoy designing and leading trips for a community of travel enthusiasts. This role is for someone who thrives on building itineraries, coordinating logistics, and creating enjoyable group experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and run trips across different destinations, with a particular focus on places where demand is high.
- Arrange appropriate accommodation and handle the practical details needed to make the trip work smoothly.
- Create a strong on-the-ground experience for both yourself and the travellers joining you.
- Support the promotion of your trip together with the company.
- Complete at least 3 trips within a period of 6 months.
Requirements
- You should be naturally drawn to travel and able to experience both familiar and unfamiliar destinations like a local.
- You need to be very good at planning, organizing, and executing travel activities.
- You must be able to build practical itineraries and choose the most effective way to experience a destination.
- You should know how to make people in a group feel welcome, comfortable, and included.
- You need to be dependable, attentive to detail, and enjoyable to work with.
- You should be able to handle pressure while keeping the atmosphere light and positive.
