About the Internship
This internship involves daily support of field service and operational tasks at an innovative marine robotics startup. You'll be helping coordinate employees, oversee stock and inventory, and maintain essential documentation and reports using Microsoft Office tools. Smooth internal coordination and timely task completion are vital for the role, along with strong communication and a professional attitude throughout the 6-month commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee coordination, keeping track of attendance and supporting daily workforce management.
- Help manage stock by maintaining inventory records, monitoring levels, and participating in stock audits.
- Organize and update various reports and documentation using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records related to inventory and employee data, ensuring proper documentation.
- Communicate regularly with team members and supervisors to resolve operational issues and provide updates.
- Provide support in administrative and operational activities as assigned by the reporting manager.
