  • Bring structure to complex or changing information by tracking action items and making sure responsibilities are followed through.
  • Support productive meetings by preparing agendas, recording notes, assigning next steps, and ensuring updates are completed.
  • Assist with executive communications by drafting emails, preparing internal announcements, and helping keep teams aligned.
  • Provide occasional hospitality and client support, such as assisting with VIP/client coordination, greeting guests, handling logistics, supporting light events, and delivering a polished client experience.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and help improve processes through tools such as templates, checklists, and simple standard operating procedures.
