Role overview
The company is hiring a detail-focused Data Entry Clerk / Virtual Assistant for a full-time remote role. This position is suited to someone who is well organized, comfortable handling data and administrative work, and able to work independently in a fast-moving setting. The job supports day-to-day operations while helping keep records accurate and workflows running smoothly from home.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
- At least 1 to 2 years of background in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
- You should be confident using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with Google Workspace apps including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Strong accuracy and a sharp eye for detail are important.
- Good written and verbal communication, along with solid organizational ability, is expected.
- You must be able to manage tasks on your own and consistently work to deadlines.
- Experience in the sports industry would be an advantage, though it is not essential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain company records by entering and updating information accurately in internal systems.
- Keep digital and paper files arranged and easy to access.
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls in a timely, professional manner.
- Support scheduling needs by coordinating appointments and calendars for team members.
- Carry out research and collect information for assigned projects.
- Draft reports, presentations, and other documents when needed.
- Take on additional administrative work to help daily operations run effectively.
- Protect sensitive information and follow confidentiality requirements at all times.
