Role overview

Lüth & Dümchen-Automatisierungsprojekt GmbH is looking for a Customizing Specialist to support the customization and technical handling of software solutions in Berlin. Responsibilities

• Serve and support key customers as their technical point of contact.
• Configure, adapt, and support software through parameterization and customization.
• Carry out technical updates for both standard products and tailor-made software.

Requirements

• Training or qualification as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker:in) is required.
• A strong technical understanding is preferred.
• Good knowledge of parameterization is important for the role.
• You should enjoy working with customers and handling client requests.
• German language skills at conversational level are required.
• A valid work permit for Germany is mandatory.
