Customer Technical Support (CTS)

Job Summary

The client is hiring a Customer Technical Support specialist to provide expert help to customers using the company’s ink products. The position is centered on resolving technical problems quickly, sharing practical guidance, and partnering with internal departments in a manufacturing-focused setting to improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer technical advice and hands-on support to customers using water-based and solvent-based ink products.
• Investigate product concerns, identify the root cause of issues, and guide customers toward the right solution.
• Provide support both remotely and on customer sites whenever needed to keep products performing well.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and R&D teams to respond to customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Train customers on product usage, explain application guidelines, and share technical documents as required.
• Gather customer input, track repeated issues, and share findings that can help improve product quality and service.
• Follow up promptly on complaints and work to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company procedures, safety rules, and applicable industry requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Technical Support or a comparable technical position.
• Prior exposure to helping customers solve technical problems involving ink or chemical products.
• A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required, especially with water-based and solvent-based inks.
• Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
• Ability to work on your own as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
