About the role
This is a permanent full-time customer service position based onsite in Wiri, Auckland. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, with steady daytime hours from 8:00/8:30 am through to 4:30/5:00 pm, and there is no shift work. Free onsite parking is provided.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll be a key contact for customers and internal teams, handling enquiries by phone, email, and online channels. You’ll help resolve issues promptly and in line with the company’s values while keeping service quality high.
- Accurately process customer orders and invoices within required timelines
- Share delivery information with customers and manage any delays professionally
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer expectations and requirements
- Handle day-to-day administrative paperwork and related tasks
- Track non-conformance matters and maintain credit-level monitoring
What you’ll need
Only limited experience is needed, as full training on internal systems will be provided. The ideal candidate will bring strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Excel, along with the ability to stay organised in a busy environment.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, with hands-on experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting
- High attention to detail and an interest in improving processes and efficiency
