Conveyancing Solicitor

Role overview

A growing and ambitious mid-sized Dublin law firm is looking to appoint a Conveyancing Solicitor without delay. The practice is seeking someone with solid conveyancing background to join an experienced legal team handling residential and commercial property matters.

What you will handle

• Manage residential conveyancing matters and selected commercial conveyancing transactions for both buyers and sellers.
• Deal with residential lease work for landlords and tenants.
• Handle residential remortgage transactions.
• Work on wayleave-related transactions.

Experience and capability required

• Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience, with candidates who have significantly more experience also encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on background in the conveyancing areas outlined above.
• Strong computer literacy, including experience with case management platforms.
• Comfortable preparing status updates and reporting on live matters.
• Able to remain effective under pressure, organise priorities, and meet deadlines reliably.
• Independent worker who can also contribute well within a team.
• Highly organised with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Skilled at managing client relationships and responding to client needs.
• Clear, professional communicator with a courteous and approachable manner.
