Role overview

JB Hi-Fi is seeking an experienced Communication & Connected Sales Coordinator to join a welcoming team. This position suits someone who enjoys a relaxed, upbeat retail atmosphere and brings solid retail experience together with strong knowledge of telco products and services.

What you will do

• Support customer sales conversations and help sell retail products and merchandise.
• Deliver strong customer service in a busy retail setting.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including using EFTPOS equipment and preferably electronic POS systems.
• Work independently when needed and also contribute effectively as part of a unified sales team.
• Maintain performance and composure while working under pressure.

Work environment

The business operates seven days a week in most locations, so flexibility with working hours is important.

Qualifications and experience

• Experience in retail, sales, and/or customer service is required.
• A good understanding of telco products and services is preferred.
