Role Overview
This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate responsible for bringing in new business and strengthening relationships with existing clients for IZY STUDIOS. The position involves prospecting, outreach, presentations, pipeline management, and deal closure, with compensation tied to sales performance.
Key Duties
- Find and assess potential leads through calls, emails, and online outreach.
- Introduce IZY STUDIOS services to prospective clients and explain value clearly.
- Maintain and manage an individual sales pipeline from first contact through closure.
- Arrange and run virtual meetings and product or service demos.
- Prepare simple proposals and keep prospects engaged through steady follow-up.
- Work with internal teams to understand service details, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure smooth handoff of confirmed work to production or account management.
- Track sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools or related software.
Qualifications
- Background in sales, business development, or account management with the ability to prospect, nurture relationships, and close business.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, especially in a remote work setting.
- Comfort using CRM platforms, video meeting tools, email outreach systems, and basic productivity applications.
- Self-driven, target-oriented approach with solid organization, time management, and follow-through.
- Capable of working independently while staying aligned with a distributed team.
- Prior experience selling creative, media, marketing, or digital services is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Understanding of commission-based pay structures and comfort in a performance-focused role.
