Role Overview
As an Onsite Client Success Partner in Columbus, OH, you will support a growing team responsible for the day-to-day needs of a client site. This position calls for quick thinking, strong ownership, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues that could affect the client experience. You will manage the relationship end to end and help oversee a full-service food program. The role blends sales and operations, with an emphasis on growing the relationship with the catering customer you support. This is an onsite position with a Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for one assigned client.
- Protect and grow the client relationship by resolving concerns, offering solutions, and managing day-to-day issues.
- Partner with the client to understand catering requirements, select suitable vendors, and coordinate daily drop-off and staffed events.
- Share event instructions, client preferences, and delivery details with restaurant partners.
- Manage onsite restaurant teams assigned to the location, accompany visiting restaurants, and ensure service levels are consistently met.
- Work with restaurant partners to create new menus for special requests.
- Support the smooth operation and ongoing performance of a fully permitted food service program covering breakfast and lunch.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of professional work experience.
- Strong client-facing and customer service abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and handle new tasks independently.
- Demonstrated work ethic that meets both internal expectations and external customer needs.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience, training, location, and skills. The package also includes competitive market pay, stock options, health coverage, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) matching, and a daily subsidized lunch program.
