The Opportunity
An opening is available for a dependable and motivated cleaner to join the team in Lake Haven, NSW.
This position suits someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining tidy, inviting spaces for clients and visitors.
This is a part-time role with shifts available on both weekdays and weekends. The role is paid according to the relevant award rate.
Roster: Wednesday and Thursday, 4:30 pm to 12:00 am.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day cleaning tasks to a consistently high standard.
- Clean upholstery and other furnishings as needed.
- Complete sweeping and mopping duties.
- Clean toilets and restroom areas.
- Collect and remove rubbish.
- Clean internal and external glass surfaces.
- Dust hard surfaces thoroughly.
About You
- Previous cleaning experience, especially in a commercial setting, will be viewed favourably.
- You work well as part of a team and contribute positively to shared goals.
- You can follow directions carefully and also work independently when required.
- You have a strong eye for detail.
- You communicate well and provide good customer service.
- You are dependable, punctual, and consistent in your work.
- You understand basic Work Health and Safety practices.
- You are available for flexible hours and public holidays when needed.
- Experience using floor-care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is an advantage.
- You must hold valid work rights in Australia.
