Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process first notice of loss claim reports submitted through phone and non-phone channels, ensuring the information is handled promptly and accurately.
  • Address complicated claims questions and issues, and escalate or involve the right people when additional support is needed to resolve matters effectively.
  • Work with internal teams and external clients to share information, confirm details, and resolve questions or concerns efficiently.
  • Offer suggestions and feedback to help improve the quality of customer service delivered by the team.
  • Work in accordance with company procedures and risk/compliance requirements.

Work Schedule and Highlights

  • 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time.

Pay and Benefits
