Requirements
- Demonstrated experience taking early-stage, unstructured, or complex ideas and turning them into profitable, organized business units.
- Strong familiarity with technology-enabled platforms, CRM tools, and automated workflows, along with the ability to discuss technical logic with developers.
- Background in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments where you had to build while scaling.
- Substantial people and project management experience, supported by emotional intelligence and direct communication.
- Ability to commute to the New Jersey office initially and transition into a hybrid work schedule afterward.
