Job summary
Petromin Corporation is looking for a Call Center Agent in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This position is the customer’s first point of contact and focuses on handling inquiries, arranging appointments, and creating a smooth service experience through clear communication, quick issue handling, and precise record-keeping across phone calls, email, and chat.
Core duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer conversations across phone, email, and chat in a courteous and prompt manner.
- Share correct details about automotive products, vehicle services, warranties, parts, and ongoing promotions.
- Help customers schedule, update, and confirm service bookings with service centers.
- Address customer questions and complaints effectively, aiming to solve issues at the first point of contact whenever possible.
- Refer complicated matters to the right team and track them through to completion.
- Keep CRM records up to date for customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Reach out to customers after service completion to check satisfaction and close the loop.
- Work with internal teams such as service, parts, and sales to support customer requests.
- Assist sales efforts by informing customers about offers, warranties, and added services.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, quality benchmarks, and performance targets.
Profile and requirements
The role is best suited to candidates with 0–1 year of experience in call center or customer service work. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is considered an advantage. Prior training in call center operations or CRM systems is preferred. Applicants should have strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, be comfortable working in shifts, and possess basic computer skills. English proficiency at an intermediate to advanced level is required.
