Role Overview

The CAD Designer will transform jewellery concepts into production-ready 3D models, refine customer-provided ideas into precise designs, and support the journey from concept to manufacturing. The role also involves creating visual outputs for approvals and working closely with production teams to ensure designs can be manufactured effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop original jewellery concepts and convert them into production-ready 3D CAD models.
• Adjust and recreate client-supplied designs with a high level of accuracy.
• Produce detailed renders for client sign-off and internal evaluation.
• Work with the production team to confirm casting and manufacturing practicality.
• Keep design files and version updates neatly organised and easy to track.
• Deliver assignments within agreed timelines while maintaining strong quality standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on proficiency in Rhino 3D, Matrix, JewelCAD, and ZBrush.
• Good knowledge of jewellery structure, stone setting, and production tolerances.
• Ability to understand hand-drawn sketches and translate them into CAD format.
• Strong attention to detail, balance, and visual aesthetics in jewellery design.
• A portfolio of previous jewellery CAD work is required; applicants must attach it or share a link.
• Open to any graduate candidate.

Additional Information
