Job overview

We are looking for cabin crew members who bring warmth, confidence, and adaptability to every situation. In this role, you will represent the airline on board, support passengers with guidance and assistance, and help create a comfortable travel experience.

Beyond service, safety is a core part of the role. You will be expected to handle cabin procedures with confidence, support security measures, and follow safety protocols carefully. Training is provided through a world-class learning environment in Dubai.

What you will do

• Welcome passengers and provide courteous, attentive support throughout the flight.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for customers who need direction or assistance.
• Carry out cabin service duties while keeping passenger comfort in mind.
• Follow and enforce aircraft safety and security procedures.
• Respond calmly and confidently in operational situations.
• Work effectively with a multicultural team and deliver a high standard of service.

Experience and qualification requirements

Applicants should have at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service. A positive mindset, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to interact well with people from different cultures are important.

The minimum academic qualification is completion of high school up to Grade 12. Strong written and spoken English is required. Candidates must be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes so emergency equipment can be accessed on all aircraft types.

No visible tattoos are permitted while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform unless they are covered with bandages or cosmetics. Cabin crew are based in Dubai and must satisfy UAE employment visa requirements.

The role also calls for a solution-focused mindset, the ability to perform at a consistently high standard, cultural awareness, and the stamina to manage a demanding schedule. The ideal candidate should reflect a professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary, and cosmopolitan service style.

Compensation and benefits

Pay includes a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flying pay, and an overseas meal allowance. The base salary is AED 4,980 per month, flying pay is AED 69.60 per hour based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours per month, and the average total pay comes to AED 11,244 per month, which is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280.

These figures are approximate for Grade II Economy Class. Meal allowances for night stops are added to salary in arrears the following month.

Accommodation and transport to and from the airport are provided by the company. Additional benefits include tax-free pay, profit share, concessional travel, relocation support for settling in Dubai, free accommodation, free transportation, medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and discounted flights for friends and family.
