Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Role Overview

Apptoza Inc. is hiring a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience for a long-term contract role in Toronto, Ontario. The position focuses on improving business processes, supporting sales enablement tools, and working closely with cross-functional teams to solve operational and systems-related challenges.

What You Will Do

• Examine complex business issues and turn them into practical solutions.
• Assess, design, and improve systems and workflows so they remain cost-effective and aligned with user needs.
• Build integrations, migrate data, and adjust system settings for enterprise applications.
• Plan and carry out unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, while preparing technical and business specifications.
• Shape the user experience for sales enablement tools with a focus on improving return on investment.
• Partner with stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, technical, and product functions to gather requirements and resolve day-to-day business or system concerns.
• Create and update dashboards, automated KPI reports, and analytical outputs that help monitor performance and operations.
• Support users by providing guidance on automated systems, managing access setup, and delivering application training.

Required Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with leadership and understand end-user pain points.
• Solid technical background and broad familiarity with relevant IT systems and applications; Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes.
• Project management capability, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team on cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that changes quickly.

This is a long-term contract position based onsite in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
