Branch Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee branch-level performance and day-to-day functioning in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The position is centered on running sales and administrative activities smoothly while ensuring business growth across both motor and non-motor insurance lines, primarily through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complete branch operations, including sales and administration.
• Drive business for motor as well as non-motor products, with the agency channel as the main route to market.
• Work toward and deliver the assigned business targets for the branch.
• Lead and manage an on-roll team of Marketing Executives.

Experience Required

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the general insurance industry along with at least 3 years of experience in the agency channel.
