10 Fleet Street Restaurant & Bar at The Morgan Hotel is hiring an enthusiastic and imaginative Bar Manager to take charge of its flagship city-centre bar in a 4-star Dublin hotel. This is a rare chance to guide a well-known and established venue into its next phase and help shape one of the city’s most lively bar experiences.

The ideal candidate will be a genuine bar specialist with a deep passion for hospitality. You should be able to create excellent cocktails, develop inventive drink menus, and bring character and energy to every guest exchange. Strong mixology knowledge is essential, along with a track record of building standout cocktail ideas. You will also need to be a confident leader who can mentor bartenders, develop team talent, and encourage a positive, high-performance culture.

In addition to creativity, the role requires a commercially minded approach, with solid experience in controlling stock, managing costs, and increasing revenue. You should feel equally comfortable serving guests at the bar and overseeing service on the floor, combining technical skill with friendly, memorable hospitality.

A good grasp of social media and venue marketing is also important, as you will be expected to help create excitement around the bar, strengthen its reputation, and attract more guests through engaging, brand-aligned content.
